What I write about
I write essays and short nonfiction about the gossip squirrels share with the trees; the texture of everything; music videos and all the other weird stuff we watched as children growing up in the 80s; quantum physics, chaos theory, neuroscience, and all the other engines of wonder showing us that we don’t know jack shit about how the universe works; horses and my horse and all the horses I’ve ever ridden or known and everything they’ve taught me; all the things that are alive when you let yourself slow down and feel it all.

About me
I've spent my whole life working with words, mostly helping other people's ideas find their clearest expression, and now finally focusing on publishing my own.
Somewhere along the way, I started noticing the same thread running through everything I actually cared about: story, land, body, and reconnecting people to what's real.
